Hello.
I was running my ruler over the larger VMM shareholders and obtained the following outcomes (in red) colour for their average investment price. My very rough calculations are in the spreadsheet at the bottom. Therefore, It appears none of these large shareholders have an excessive entry price to stubbornly resist a takeover and i guess the top shareholder may possibly enjoy getting their money back.
For example, MEI is valued at around $150M therefore MEI could possibly make a script offer for VMM offering 9 MEI shares for 1 VMM share; which would value VMM at around $50M or 59 cents per share. What do we think?
Note: where i have included an amount of shares in red colour I am merely guessing.
