Can't really comment on Josh Pitt, but I will say I was in Peel for a while some years back and got out when things began to stall on development. Nothing wrong with the company, but the story was too slow for my liking, and after several conversations with Rob, I just wasn't satisfied with timelines. Interesting that Josh feels the PEX story will deliver this year.
Back to STN, how I wish I had more funds to throw at it. I don't see any reason this cannot be a $4-$5 stock in a few years. (wishful think or just plain hopeful)
