For shareholders it's difficult to comprehend what's happening without company information.

As for the assays TMS is obligated to "immediately disclose any information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities" under the ASX disclosure regulations.

So unless TMS is in breach of their obligations one can only assume the assays have not been completed.

A mining company I hold once received such outstanding results the samples were checked three times to ensure there had not been a mistake. Here's hoping.

There's also the discussions between Tennant Minerals Limited (TMS), CuFe Ltd (CUF) and Emmerson Resources Ltd (ERM) and whether the TMS silence is linked to commercial in-confidence, but again that does not over - ride their disclosure obligations.

So really all shareholders can do at the moment is put their trust in TMS to act in good faith.
