The JORC Code applies to "... all public reports that include statements on exploration results ......... even between quarterly reporting periods, including company websites, briefings for stakeholders, and other public release or information," as Googled.
I refer you to the JORC (Joint Ore Reserves Committee) report of April 2013, Changed Compliance Requirements In The 2012 JORC code, (as Googled).
When a mining company releases assay results it must comply with the JORC Code (not Googled).
Also may I suggest that referring to me as a "wally" is a reflection on you.
People resort to name-calling (i.e. wally) for several different reasons. It's what they're accustomed to in their environment. They aren't eloquent enough to express themselves in a better way. (as Googled).
