I, it's pretty clear, thru the s/p rise, and changes in substantial holdings, that the instos are all over this, and very much in favor of the merge. This WILL go ahead. RMS blocking stake, coupled with current s/p, dictates that there will be no competing offer. RMS this qtr will smash numbers out of the park. I think the market is finally starting to wake up . GLTA
