Misread my post PindanP ........ I was just querying why current SPR holders are selling their holdings at market now and buying RMS shares on market now rather than waiting for the actual deal to go through (ie after the vote) ....... at which time we score ~0.7RMS share +25c for every one of our SPR Shares. I understand the dilution factor of the cash but if for some reason the deal doesn't go through ..... or someone else has a crack (unlikely but possible) ..... or a better offer comes from RMS (if we get great drill assays) ........ I don't want to have already sold my holdings in SPR. Interested in any feedback from anyone.
