Hi Tb,likely just blowing more tax payer funds. But I guess shareholders don't care about that. Project seems in desperate need of handouts with holders wanting free loans and govt supply contracts, perhaps it highlights the dire economics of the project and the company should look for something else to spend it's $100m on?
