I see it, as I always have as a Junior with great potential but, the slow mode has not changed one bit. Inform holders more often & faster results out along with future goals is needed badly yes I agree.

I've watched the sp rise significanly, only to drop way back down soon after. One step forward & 2 steps back. Hmmmm
