Your view on ownership and what RMS is paying is a little convoluted … it’s a merger, RMS are not paying anything, just converting shares into the same currency so to speak.
Very basic analogy here but simple …. If one person own one car, and another person own one car and they get married, the new family of 2 has 2 cars. Twice the cars, twice the people … effectively the same.
They are only issuing conversion of 80% for 100% of ownership ( as they own 20% already )
All your numbers are just hyped up propaganda.
