As much as I do not want this deal to go ahead as an SPR holder, as I believe SPR on their own would out do RMS FCF within 5 years from the time of starting the mill up. (so around 2032)
As a combined entity SPR holders will see cash quicker than going it alone, but will lose 60% of our stake of Dalgaranga to RMS. Maybe look at your figures of the next 7 years without SPR with your new calculator based on the RMS plans and you may get a better understanding of where the benefit is to RMS holders.
I will definitely be voting NO to the deal at this stage as I want to see SPR go it alone, its not about the deal, but the fact that I want 100% of Dalgaranga, call me selfish, but I do not want to share what is probably the greatest gold discovery in the last 20 odd years.
But you really need to stop with your absolute rubbish you keep spewing, because the way I see it, without SPR, RMS will be in trouble without finding another source of ore over the next few years.
