From the Auric ASX announcement Munda Starter Pit defined for next stage in Munda Mine Development. • Starter Pit Reserve of 7,400 contained ounces calculated using a gold price of AUD$3,500 per ounce. • Mine planning for a total of 125kt @ 1.8g/t from the Starter Pit. • Financial model defines Undiscounted Cashflow of $5.3M at All in Sustaining Cost of $2,635 per ounce. • 5 months mine life assumed, including toll treatment Simple math here for me. 7400 ounces pulled for gold production of 6100 ounces. That's the base line. Seems fair and reasonable. An AISC of $2635 per ounce For the sake of simple math ...and presuming all goes according to plan ...by the time the starter pit is done the gold price has every chance of being $4635 per ounce. That's a neat $2000 per ounce in your pocket. Or $12 million. A great way to start the project and a precursor for what will be the main game. No wonder Macquarie and Markhoff have taken strategic positions. Everything is boding well for Auric.
