The amount of discussion and opinion is certainly right up there.
For me, there is a combined market cap for the 2 companies. Maybe around $4billion., and a little bit more
Give or take at the moment.
If RMS offers more than the present offer in a takeover scenario for SPR.
That will only make the RMS decrease.
The combined MC shouldn't change.
unless the market decides that the combined companies are worth more than the present assumption.
So what does it matter if RMS offers more.
We need a better offer from another buyer
