A nice effort, Grogger. It's good to see that you have moved on from down ramping...........but.........don't you think a collaboration with Hamilton Thorne might be a more likely outcome...?
A canadian company with a market cap of $300 million canadian......they focus on ART/IVF in both humans and animals (a perfect match for the Felix System).
The only limiting factor here is that
Vitrolife (Market cap of US $2.7 billion) has already signed a distribution agreement with MEM for Canada based sales (from memory, i'm pretty sure that is the case).
I guess a takeover offer from Hamilton Throne might override the Vitrolife distribution agreement, although i'm not 100% sure how that would work.
The good news is that there has been many M&A deals that have happened in this space recently (as per below screenshot from MEM company announcement)....so it is evident that deals are getting done all the time.....meaning that a new MEM deal has some decent probability of occuring in the near future (as we know, MEM is now actively shopping for potential collaboration deals).
