AU has picked all the "low hanging fruit" for many decades - DSO, build crappy houses (considering the cost now), sold off Uni, Health, Energy, etc These contribute to ds-skilling and making us a high cost country (housing in particular).
RNU need to get a move along !!!! I don't understand why the Gov can't subsidise the offtake agreements temporarily especially if they are talking about a critical strategic mineral reserve as a buffer.
