Its explicitly excluded from the Reciprocal Tariffs only, which were announced yesterday, i.e. natural graphite is excluded from yesterdays tarriffs only, not all tariffs forever.
The ongoing investigation that is being run by the U.S. Department of Commerce, that could result in the 920% tariff, are independent of the reciprocal tariffs and thus the exclusion does not apply to that as well.
