Mark Zeptner is honest and transparent, that is good enough. It appears that he is taking steps to protect RMS from a market shock by merging with SPR when there is probably no need to at this point in time.
Overpaying and diluting shareholders is never a good thing. RMS needs tighter controls by offering SPR shareholders conditional shares in part of a takeover instead of shares outright. The offer needs to be more closely linked to what SPR has instead of what people believe they have. The shares can be offered when SPR assets reach certain benchmark targets.
SPR is tightly held its not going anywhere, why cant we farm in projects.
