    6c serious this is going from bad to worse... what happened to the binding off take agreements TR said were dropping just after christmas I think he said. hope something positive comes out very soon this is getting ridiculous & what about news/update from India starting that part of the project, what am I missing?  I'm seriously getting worried now.  Even looking at it as a LT investment I didn't think the SP would drop this much.
