The bank of Canada and ECB both lowered rates in the last 48 hours, they also began raising right before America. I believe the US lowers, and China stimulated soon. There are lead indicators ringing alarm bells, and Biden certainly wants the economy to look better come November. Im predicting small caps and iron ore go on a run soon.
