I agree with that, selling EQN shares would not be a smart move with the way EQN is performing, and what lays in front of them. My guess is BM8 hold them until someone takes out Hammersley IronOre, or a deal is struck by a major who wants a massive stake in EQN. Of course after the section 18 possible approval.
So CR at some point is obvious, the question is does it come packaged with a nice announcement like EQNs was ?
