ie offload the two units with some decree of stickyness (ie econcomic moat) to pay for the acquitions that had no moat, and where well over paid for.
Good job management over pay for low quality acquisitions, and then double your mistake, by selling the gold in your treasury, or a another way, sell of the silver in your house, or another way, sell off those divisions that actually have remaining economic moats.
