smoke n mirrors.. they're all useless when it comes to security
however...i have received some really positive emails from comm bank in terms of security awareness.. so perhaps they have it together? don't know..
as for the others.. it's just a lucky dip really..
since the Optus mess i notice i receive random crap phone calls on a more regular basis now.
end of the day us individuals have to be really switched on... and not give out real data left right and centre (GP's, chiros, dentists, library, here there and everywhere)
always give as much false id as possible.. except for government departments
i notice the other day even Jetstar wanted my DOB? why...... so i just plonked in a crap date... completely unessasary

on a positive note..i reckon ANZ is a buy in the low to mid $22
