Very happy, I don't want to PPT to sell their best divisions. Their best divisions are the ones with the widest economic moat. And the divisions with the widest economic moats are the least reliant on management!!! because of those economic moats. KKR was trying to buy the diamonds and leave PPT shareholders with the pigs with lipstick.
How about PPT try to sell just the duds they bought!!!
