The other thing UTS...if you're waiting for news (e.g. on Tax details on the deal) and its taking way longer to announce that expected then its not going to be good news. Exec's (at all co's) scurry to announce good things and are loathe to release bad news until the last minute. Also - they'll try to hold the bad news until it can be released with other good news.
