I’m not a an accountant so I cannot really comment on the level of the absolutely abysmal advise PPT payed for in relation to this monumental cock up of an outcome. What I can tell you is this could be a blessing in disguise, 1 for a better offer and 2 a supreme buying opportunity for a better outcome of a deal. time will tell. There is real value here. GLTAH, let’s hope we have seen the last of incompetence.
