There is value in PPT north of $30. But PPT has been repeatedly unable to realize that value by itself. To get at that value, PPT needs outside help either in the form of a full take over, or in the form of individual divestments. But PPT management are stubbornly resistant to either option. At the same time, they fail year after year to realize the value themselves. The only way I see is a hostile takeover.
