Still lurking, but my guess is a full t/o is the only way to go. Theyll need a buyer for the AM business which, if you see my rough n dirty sum of parts above, its a buy one get one free proposition 4 any1 wanting to accelerate FUM growth, itd be a steal. An AM mngr would leap $225bn in fum, global capabilities for 80% of what ppt paid for pdl...
