This could go two ways , Krr could be stupid and sell their Tvn shares for some ridiculously low price and reduce their capex and Tvn could buy Krr for a fraction of what they paid for speewah or they could hold out for a much higher price and use the collateral to expand their operations.
Its anyone’s guess from here
