I've had one particular director from a huge Explorer/Developer comment on my posts in presentations stag They read their plays posts. They're for the most part arrogane souls so, take little notice of retail for sure. I know that lol. Concerning incentine plans for said directors. No, they won't ever be dinied. I've never seen it yet @ a GM. Wishful thinking only. They are not accvountable to anyone other than their salary bosses.
