Because of Easter and ANZAC day it's a long break for many.
I appear to be the only person around here,not on holiday as I am currently stuck old dog minding.
Good buying time, just like the Xmas /New year period.

As Goldatwidge has said upside to be had on 60kt of ore awaiting the mill.
It's also extra because any float in the JV will also be cashed out once the milling is done,with only trucking and milling to pay for,so it was always going to be a sweater pay out than normal per ounce anyway.

Aurics sitting in the box seat as far as Burbanks Mill and Lindsay's is concerned without having to part with any CASH until the vendors get their legal paperwork sorted.
Burbank's is sold subject to that.
Lindsay's is only held up on the vendor providing what they contractually have to do to enable due diligence to be completed.
It's an exclusive "first right of refusal "agreement in AURIC's favour,so they can't go elsewhere and are locked in.
The longer it takes the longer the Lindsay vendors have to wait for the $2m CASH and the less shares they will end up with,once the share price lifts as it will as ore gets closer to be milled.

Once Burbank's is finally settled there will be more information available about the existing mill and what state certain parts are in.
Some of the expensive time consuming heavy lifting "structural rehab" on the EXISTING plant appears to me to have already been done systematically,by rather recent owners,when on C@M which bodes well for potential "as is" initial use or as a base case to then expand the plant size on.

IMHO - It certainly is a bargain buy,without much doubt,should I be half correct.
