I mean they may be shareholders...but most if the operating executives aren't even at their committed level.
How could the old CEO not get to minimum guideline of shareholding? And he's still on the payroll until end of June...costing use something like $2M to get rid of him.
And as for the board:
Yes they have "interests" in other PPT products...but that's not the same as holding PPT shares.
Can't wait until we see the back of D'Aloisio. Watching him at the AGM last year was like watching a snake oll salesman...just had complete contempt for the Shareholders.
