i think the takeover stills gets up however the ACCC should rightfully look at enforceable undertakings to ensure access to all terminals remains unfettered to silk rivals and they are not preferenced in an anti competitive manner.
DP certainly think the deal still gets done...so right now the bet is upside 30% over the next 3 months...or if the deal is not passed...given the half yearly Silk just announced...their SP goes to 60c!
will be interesting to see how this plays out from here...
