- The gold stocks are, despite a broader market rebound overnight, now outperforming the MAG7 and broader market, not seen in over a decade. - The USD gold price is consolidating under the USD3000.00 spot price, but above USD3000.00 in the April contract - Gold stocks in the US have begun outperforming the gold price in the last 2 weeks or so, something that hasn't been witnessed for more than a few days at a time since the March 24 breakout- Ag is beginning to warm, a must for a major upside move of the miners. Both gold and silver, but especially silver, in tandem, will feed this bull market and fire up the sentiment required to fuel the explosive upside that is about to commence. - Second half of Mar h through to mid May is historically the period when most upside explosions have taken place. - And the real kicker. XGD, and by extension Aussie gold miners, have been outperforming both the metal and their Nth American counterparts for several weeks now. That confirms for me that we are on the cusp of a major upside move, in not just the metals, but particularly in mining stocks, that will see doubles or triples over the next few months.
Relating that to RMS. Taking in all of the above, and given the absurdity of the smack down in RMS' share price this week, RMS now represents the greatest value I have seen on the ASX in a very very long time.
