The $2M ceiling on the SPP is just marketing. A SPP of $2M when they have just raised $23M. Keep it low to create a sense of urgency. Get the FOMO going. The real intention lies within the following.
" Saturn Metals Limited reserves the right to waive strict compliance with any provision of the terms and conditions of the SPP Offer, to amend orvary those terms and conditions or to suspend or terminate the SPP Offer at any time. Any such amendment, suspension or termination will be bindingon all Eligible Shareholders even where Saturn Metals Limited does not notify you of that event."
Don't get me wrong. I m not negative on this at all. Quite the contrary. But these SPP's come from a well worn play book.
