I love it when Ramelius announces early its cash and production numbers for the quarter just gone, for two reasons. First up, they only do it when they've had a booming quarter. And secondly it is indicative that more broadly they have got themselves into a positive, constructive mindset.
There was a period starting about a decade ago when every quarter's performance by Ramelius was better than the previous one and the team was consistently outperforming. Back then they always reported their quarterly cash and production figures early. It was during that period that they scored miner of the year at Diggers.
And then, coincidentally or not, just after Bob Vassie showed up, around 2021 from memory, they stopped reporting early the cash and production numbers. And in my view they went into a period where they were not quite on their game. Looks to me though that that period is over and they are now back on their toes.
For me as a RMS holder, welcome back guys, and for me as a SPR holder very encouraging that Ramelius has the right attitude to make the best of what is a fantastic asset at Dalgaranga.
