Don't forget LRS only had a $1m when they were on their last legs looking at death row until they had some nice hits which placed them in a better position for a CR followed by that $30m bank funding, so some well placed holes with high grades will change the sentiment here as well. Needle doesn't have to move much to be in a better position for PEC and let's face it you need money to make money.
