I think a valuation of $2.50 a share is where the share price could be after the merger.
1 RMS current market cap 2.8 billion. After dilution. RMS share price of 1.35 when you add an extra 700m shares. assuming 1.8 billion shares. 2.5 billion RMS market cap /1.8 billion shares. $1.35 approx
2 Assume the rest of the valuation is SPR$2.50 less 1.35 approx. 1.15 x 1.8 billion shares after dilution. 2 billion approx
SPR is valued at 2 billion approx and ( .25 cents per share 325 million.) This brings the SPR merger to a value of approx 2.4 billion which indicates why the share price is trading at 2.50 approx now.
3 Morningstar valuation might occur if they have another flash gold correction and after the merger market sentiment will fall. The share price should drop short term.
