People on here may have touched on this but what would be the main reasons for RMS not just doing the deal and acquiring/taking over SPR now? 1. Waiting for more cash build from Penny honeypot? 2. Waiting for SPR to potentially fall in price? 3. Waiting for SPR to complete access decline to NN (six months away or something) 4. Waiting for these "external holders" (HSBC/CITI etc.) to accumulate a certain percentage?
I guess RMS can't mine NN/Pepper straight away anyway but the risk is SPR continue to grow. I hold both and I don't know which I would prefer to go forward tbh.
