This style of reporting is the way to go into the future as mining needs to play the publicity game according to the new rules as set out by overarching cumbersome regulations growing inexorably from State and Federal governments.
It may also help to bring on other fund mangers over time to decrease reliance on Van Eck et al.
I'd rather they add 1% to net margin than diversity female reporting but you can't have everything.
