Mr market is not even valuing shares at the offer price which doesn't include AUM or any real premium, is the market against this deal? if the board squash the deal would we see a marked turn around in the share price even with a $40 million break fee?
If the deal is voted down by the shareholders does PPT still incur a break fee?
