Absolutely get your point, and if management had any doubt about funding, I doubt they would have recently started the process of appointing experts to present such a heap leach infrastructure, which is bespoke to, and for Apollo.
As Ian said they picked Saturn because they believe
with their in house expertise, they know it’ll work, not because Saturn begged them to help, given as world leaders in their field they wouldn’t be short of work.
