E, not sure of the legalities of that under the creep rule. Guess we'll find out on Mon. I'm surprised at the lengthy timeline for document proposals to be issued, and approvals to be met. Could well work in favour of RMS. It's very possible that by the time decisions are due to be made, RMS will have 2 more qtrs of bumper profits to announce. GLTA
