Macquarie rates ALX as Outperform (1) - Macquarie retains its Outperform rating for Atlas Arteria, noting improved October traffic trends across the industry, alongside an attractive yield and latent growth options for its roads.
For the medium-term, the broker expects refinance proceeds will be required to sustain the annual dividend at 40c per share.
