Tbh I think them not exercising is more psychological and timing than anything.
Let's not forget those 8million options were $10-$15 million in profit not that long ago. That's a massive amount of profit to not capitalise on. I'm sure none of them would have thought vmm would be trading in the 30c range as I'm sure none of us did when it was traded in the above $1.
On top of that personal finances get in the way as well and being a director makes it harder for them to flip them without a negative connotation.
