Not so sure about that, they aren't really "new" shares, anyone who owned them could have sold them at anytime before now, generally at approx 02c less than the heads. Maybe one or two have held heads and options and needed to sell heads to cover the cost of conversion.
I think it is more likely to be what a poster mentioned a week or so ago, a combination of several things, the cr @ 27c, options conversion, christmas lethargy, and getting dragged down because some punters associate lithium and graphite as being the similar products
