Ann: Application for quotation of securities - HYD, page-2

So the directors get paid in shares as they cant generate enough cash to pay themselves. What are they going to do with the shares apart from keeping them for a rainy day, dump them on the market?!? Share price will struggle to go up.
1. Why do they need so many directors? As they appear to do very little work.
2. All but one director are paid minimal amounts anyway. They basically get paid to attend meetings from what I see.
3. The main director is living a good life off this company. Completely stripping it bare, year after year. Doesnt appear to consider shareholders at all.
