Tenva Capital are holders of PNC shares so there is every reason for them to publish their positive findings about this" diamond in the rough". Keith John has made statements in the past about the lengths he is prepared to go to regain value for shareholders and how he thinks that the ASX market ignores PNC potential and the underlying value. He has even said he would consider using external means to regain the value if the ASX market continues at length to value PNC at such a low market cap. Those comments indicate to me that he is very frustrated with the current market pricing and has been for some time - not just lately when it could be said that macro forces have been in play. So it is not surprising that he would seize any opportunity (particularly a free one) to attempt to enhance the market's view of PNC value. I do not know who Tenva Capital are but as you point out the report appears to be factual - warts and all (rather refreshing in some ways). I will run with them for the same reasons I think that Keith John is - it has to be better than this.
