Of coz, was not impressed too by the new CEO Vincent's performance thus far since his appointment early this year; however to be fair, i wouldn't say this is a lifestyle board (yet), as their quarterlies (from past years to date) were among the best in ASX i would say. What is lacking here is probably proactivity/actions (Dugdale was good from memory at least toward/wrt TMS regardless of his other asx companies' involvement, and i was impressed by a couple of (maybe all) his presentations in various occasions a while back esp. his capacity/knowledge shown in geology as welll as exploration methodologies etc..; never saw Vincent did an (in-depth) one except some general stuff; understand Dugdale is still the technical advisor of the company but it seems Vincent has taken over all the interviews and presentations since), which is crucial to any junior explorers (with limited resources/fund), drill as much as one possibly can is the only way to have chance to success (esp. when not much help available from majors) otherwise the sp would simply drift downwards to minimal like so many asx junior/nano explorers out there.
Personally will continue to hold a bit (probably towards or before year end) and see if things change (including company's as well as maybe macros)... Aimho only. GLTA.
