    Vincent Algar commenced as CEO in Feb 2024. In announcing his appointment, the board sprouted his solid track record of achievements, which on investigation turned out to be more wishful thinking than fact.

    At the time he commenced, TMS's SP was $0.031

    After seven and half months in the top job, the SP sits at $0.013 and 52 week low. The SP is looking to drop further.

    Today's price represents a 58% decline in SP in just 7.5 months, and in the middle of a copper rally.

    Vincent is a dud, the board is replete with duds for employing him, and none is deserving of any sort of performance bonus or freebies.

    Lift your game management. You are meant to building a company, not working on your all-over tan at a lifestyle retirement village.
