    So whereas on the last occasion vesting of the performance rights was satisfied by a simple issue of PNC shares [ for nil consideration] it appears that the company is effectively buying PNC shares to later give to the employee beneficiaries.
    I am assuming that the entire 8.6 million 2026 performance rights are to be acquired on market .
    I'm also assuming that Pioneer Credit is providing the funds to the trustee to do so .
    It suggests to me that this could result in an immediate spike in buying interest in PNC..especially if a settlement with PwC is in the works.
