Overnight The Donald cancelled his tariff attack on the world, except China, and US indexes responded with10% rise. No doubt Trump's tariffs would hurt US the most, but could reduce the whole world to recession because in the modern world everyone is interdependent.

EQN should have responded too - and I do note that the bid and offer spread is ~15% - so that might get taken up before the close.

While antimony and titanium are critical metals and as such escape the tariffs anyway, the huge let-off to the economies involved (US as importer, Canada and Brazil) will be very important to EQN going forward.

I still say forget the iron, no matter how good it looks in the ground - China's demand will fall, and may never rise again because of the dishonest way they trade (still claiming to be a developing country and stealing Industrial Property without even a guilty grin). US has their measure and will only deal with countries which respect the USD as the Reserve Currency. Maybe China will invent the Ching Chiang Coin as Reserve, but I wouldnt trade our iron for them.

I'm buying special opportunities - only a few more days IMO.
